Dr. Sarah Schacht

Veterinarian  

    Dr. Sarah Schacht acquired her Bachelors in Biological Science at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus. After graduation she  moved to Ohio to pursue her dream to become a Veterinarian which became a reality when she received her doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 1993.  She then moved back to Puerto Rico to work at an exclusive equine referral clinic and after one year moved to Tampa where she married her husband, a classmate of The Ohio State University and also a veterinarian. In Tampa she worked at a mixed animal practice and later at a small animal practice. In 1996 Dr.  Sarah and her husband bought their first practice where they practiced together for over 10 years. Dr. Sarah has 3 beautiful children, 4 dogs and 2 cats. Her special interests are internal medicine and surgery. Dr Sarah Schacht decided to open a clinic in Palm Harbor to be closer to her family and to offer to Palm Harbor and surrounding areas the same outstanding, cutting edge, compassionate veterinary care that she has been offering to the Tampa Bay area for over 15 years.
